The Activator Model G can be used for softening of thermoplastic or thermo-coated fiber counter materials. Activation of the counter occurs when the upper is engaged between the heated mold and the heated pad. The activating time and temperature are electronically programmed. This Activator has the option of electronically storing fifty-nine combinations of time and temperature.

  • Fast, easy loading of the upper because the mold is forward of the pad in the idle position.
  • Amount of forward draft exerted on the upper is adjustable.
  • Forward draft angle is adjustable.
  • Temperature range up to 512F (267C).
  • Time range up to thirty seconds in one second increments.
  • Quick change of molds and pads.
